Love is our medium, and the inciting incident of our work together. We began with an intention to create our own digital refuge outside of extortionate corporate clouds, and imagined this not as an exit, but as a homecoming.

Resonant.love is an ongoing container for envisioning and enacting autonomous infrastructure for digital homemaking, manifesting our shared love ethic as hardware, software, and ritual. Taking shape as workshops, performances, custom computers, and persistent digital spaces, our work reimagines the home computer as a love letter.

The idea that 'the cloud is just somebody else's computer' emphasizes the materiality of infrastructure which is made invisible and distant. A server can be a computer we use together. Operated by people you know, in places you can visit. How can we make hosting websites feel like hosting guests? Serving files like serving cake?

This page is hosted on two tiny servers on either side of the LA river, one at our studio Lincoln Heights, and another at Plot in Chinatown, which we operate with our friends in Secret Server Club. We host every single site listed here, including our Git repos.
